Planet Press, 23 juin 2023 Le pasteur Julio Volcy et l’église Rendez-vous Christ ont reçu une bonne nouvelle : le chauffeur du camion transportant des secours pour les sinistrés de Léogane a été libéré.

Le pasteur Julio Volcy a confirmé la libération du chauffeur dans un message publié jeudi. Cependant, le camion contenant les aides destinées aux victimes de Léogane est toujours retenu.

« Je suis reconnaissant pour tout le soutien reçu. Grâce à la main de Dieu, le bandit a relâché le chauffeur en prenant toutes les provisions. Nous continuons de prier pour les victimes de Leogane tout en cherchant d’autres moyens de les aider », a déclaré le pasteur Volcy.

Quant aux victimes des récentes intempéries à Léogane, elles attendent toujours un signal du gouvernement.
