Attaque armée à l’université de Prague : Les secours signalent 10 décès, le tireur neutralisé.-

Selon un message publié par les autorités tchèques, une fusillade a fait plusieurs morts et des dizaines de blessés dans un bâtiment universitaire du centre de Prague jeudi 21 décembre. « D’après les premières informations, nous pouvons confirmer qu’il y a des morts et des blessés sur les lieux », annonce une publication des forces de l’ordre du pays sur X (anciennement Twitter). La police a confirmé avoir abattu l’assaillant. Le bâtiment où a eu lieu la fusillade a été évacué.
Aucune information supplémentaire n’a pour l’instant été révélée par les autorités. Le bilan exact des victimes n’est à l’heure pas connu. Les policiers ont fermé la zone et demandé aux personnes vivant à proximité de rester chez elles.
Selon les médias tchèques, la fusillade s’est produite à la Faculté des arts, dont les enseignants et les étudiants ont reçu l’ordre de s’enfermer pendant l’intervention de la police. La chaîne de télévision privée Nova TV a fait état d’une explosion et d’un tireur sur le toit du bâtiment situé dans le centre historique de Prague. Le ministre de l’Intérieur, Vit Rakusan, a dit à la télévision publique que la présence d' »aucun autre tireur » n’avait été « confirmée » et a appelé la population à suivre les instructions de la police.
