Belladère en crise : Edmonde S. Beauzile interpelle les autorités sur la gestion de la frontière et la sécurité nationale.-

Dans un tweet alarmant publié récemment, la présidente du parti Fusion, Edmonde S. Beauzile, a lancé un cri d’alarme concernant la gestion chaotique de la frontière haïtiano-dominicaine et la situation sécuritaire à Belladère. Elle y dénonce l’incapacité des autorités à répondre aux tensions croissantes, tout en appelant à une action urgente pour restaurer l’ordre dans cette région clé du pays.

Selon Beauzile, la colère gronde parmi les jeunes de Belladère face aux déportations massives d’Haïtiens par les autorités dominicaines. Le tweet rapporte que, dans la soirée, des jeunes frustrés ont violemment réagi en insultant les autorités haïtiennes et en lançant des pierres sur les soldats dominicains qui déportaient 559 migrants dans des conditions obscures, à bord de huit camions. La réponse des militaires dominicains a été immédiate et musclée, avec des tirs qui auraient pu faire de nombreuses victimes.

Beauzile déplore l’absence totale de contrôle de la part des autorités haïtiennes locales, incapables de gérer la situation ou de sécuriser la frontière. “Toutes ces personnes se dispersent dans l’obscurité”, note-t-elle, soulignant le risque que des individus aux intentions malveillantes pénètrent sur le territoire haïtien sans aucune vérification. Elle ajoute que cette perte de contrôle complète rend la tâche de sécuriser les maisons et de récupérer les territoires perdus presque impossible.

Dans son message, la leader politique interpelle directement le Conseil Présidentiel de Transition (CPT) et le Premier ministre Gary Conille, leur demandant des comptes sur les plans qu’ils ont pour faire face à cette crise, tant sur le plan sécuritaire que sur la gestion des relations avec la République dominicaine.

La situation à Belladère met en lumière les défis immenses auxquels fait face le gouvernement haïtien dans le maintien de la sécurité nationale, particulièrement dans les zones frontalières. La question de la protection des citoyens déportés, du contrôle territorial et de la capacité des forces de l’ordre à intervenir efficacement est désormais au centre des débats, alors que le pays continue de faire face à une crise politique et institutionnelle majeure.

Avec cette déclaration publique, Edmonde S. Beauzile espère provoquer une réaction immédiate de la part des autorités, car la population de Belladère, tout comme celle de l’Artibonite et d’autres régions du pays, lance un appel désespéré pour que l’État reprenne le contrôle de la situation.
