Pour Monsieur Balthazar, il est un fait légalement prouvé que dix (10) Sénateurs dont les mandats arrivent à terme doivent plier bagages et quitter le Sénat au deuxième lundi de ce mois de janvier 2020.
Dix neuf (19) Sénateurs dont Dieudonne LUMA et Willot Joseph de son Parti resteront en poste jusqu’à janvier 2022 ce, en application de l’art 50.3 du décret électoral.
