Jean Roody Aly, le Ministre de la Justice informe les personnes intéressées, du lancement d’un concours national à travers les juridictions des 5 Cours d’Appel de la République (Port-au-Prince, Cap-Haïtien, Hinche, Gonaïves, Cayes) pour le recrutement d’une nouvelle promotion de 70 élèves-magistrats dans le cadre d’une formation initiale de 16 mois qui sera organisée par l’École de la Magistrature (EMA).
Cette formation initiale a pour objectif de permettre aux élèves magistrats de devenir des magistrats polyvalents, aptes à exercer normalement des fonctions judiciaires.
Conditions requises :
- Être haïtien ;
- Détenir une licence en droit ou un diplôme équivalent homologué par le Rectorat de l’Université d’Etat d’Haïti ;
- Être âgé de 23 à 50 ans ;

- Être en bonne santé physique et mentale.

- Réception des candidatures au Greffe des Cours d’Appel, à l’exception de Port-au-Prince où les inscriptions sont reçues directement à l’EMA situé à l’Angle Route de Frères et Blvd. 15 Octobre, du 17 décembre 2018 au 20 février 2019;
- Publication de la liste des candidats habilités à prendre part au concours (mars 2019) ;
- Première phase du concours (épreuve écrite mars 2019) ;
- Publication des résultats de l’épreuve écrite (fin mars 2019) ;
- Deuxième phase du concours (épreuve orale avril 2019) ;
- Publication des candidats admis à l’EMA (fin avril 2019) ;
- Rencontre avec les candidats admis sur les modalités (déterminées par le Directeur de l’EMA) relatives au déroulement de cette formation (mai 2019).
