Moscou poursuit sa stratégie de division en offrant des passeports russes dans la zone du Donbass ukrainien.
Au coeur de Donetsk (Ukraine), un territoire qui a fait cessation de l’Ukraine et se dit indépendant, à côté du drapeau local se trouve le drapeau russe. Sur les immeubles, des publicités proclament « nous sommes le Donbas russe » et au marché, les clients payent en roubles russes. « C’est comme ça, maintenant on est plus proches de la Russie », dit une cliente. Des habitants ont même désormais un passeport russe en leur possession. « Je viens de recevoir le passeport et je pourrais demander les allocations russes », dit une femme.
Plus de 600 000 personnes ont obtenu un passeport russe
Par bus entier, des personnes vont récupérer leur passeport russe. « Quand on vit ici, on en a besoin », déclare une femme. Une autre affirme « vouloir aller à l’étranger et voir le monde » ce que lui permet le passeport russe et non pas celui de son pays. Ces bus vont de l’autre côté de la frontière en Russie. L’aller-retour se fait dans la journée, et ça n’arrête pas. Plus de 600 000 habitants du Donbass ont déjà obtenu un passeport russe.
