Une nouvelle crise éclate au sein de l’exécutif haïtien alors que des tensions profondes émergent entre la Primature, sous la direction du Premier ministre Garry Conille, et la présidence, incarnée par Edgard Leblanc Fils. Ces tensions, longtemps contenues, ont récemment pris une dimension publique avec les récentes déclarations du Dr. Claude Joseph, membre influent du parti EDE, et les événements entourant la participation d’Haïti à la 79ᵉ session de l’Assemblée Générale des Nations Unies (AGNU).

Cette crise met en lumière les questions de leadership au sein du gouvernement haïtien. Alors que Garry Conille, par son poids politique, ses manœuvres et son contrôle des institutions, apparaît comme le véritable chef de l’exécutif, le président Leblanc semble peiner à s’imposer dans cette dynamique.
