Haïti – FLASH : L’augmentation des prix des produits pétroliers dans le prochain budget (sak gen konpran dwe konpran manèv sa)

Patrick Salomon, le Ministre de l’Economie et des Finances a annoncé que le budget rectificatif 2017-2018 et le budget du prochain exercice 2018-2019 seront déposés au plus tard le 30 juin au Parlement dans le respect du délai constitutionnel

Le Ministre Salomon, a expliqué que le temps pris pour l’élaboration de ces budgets résulte des réflexions nécessaires pour chaque action de l’État, insistant sur le fait que l’État qui ne peut pas agir sans tenir compte des conséquences financières de ses décisions soulignant « compte tenu des contributions internationales très limitées nous devons nous assurer que l’ensemble des actions essentielles seront possibles durant l’exercice fiscal. »

Par ailleurs Salomon confirme que l’augmentation des prix des produits pétroliers a été pris en compte dans ces budgets, rappelant que l’État fonctionne dans l’illégalité en n’appliquant pas le décret de 1995 en raison de considérations d’ordre socio-politico-économiques. Confirmant que cette fois-ci « Nous allons appliquer le décret de 1995 qui décrit la façon dont les autorités doivent procéder pour augmenter ou réduire les prix des produits pétroliers. » [Note HL : mais aussi pour se conformer aux engagements pris dans l’accord de « Staff-monitored program » avec le Fond Monétaire International (FMI) signé fin février dernier http://www.haitilibre.com/article-24021-haiti-economie-vers-de-nouvelles-hausses-du-prix-des-carburants.html ].
