Haiti se trouve maintenant sous l’emprise d’une dictature Moïsiste très féroce. Le dictateur est demi-inculte, ce qui fait de lui un massacreur sans retenu. Voulant diriger sans s’être inquiété par une commission parlementaire qui surveille de près les actions gouvernementales.

Ce dictateur pense avoir éliminé le mot démocratie pour le remplacer par une democrature (démocratie vraisemblable cachant des actes de dictature). L’intelligence des Sénateurs de l’opposition pousse le dictateur Jovenel Moïse à tomber dans son propre piège. Il a joué sur le temps jusqu’à rater le momentum des élections qui devraient avoir lieu en octobre 2019.
