Selon des sources concordantes, le nom de Marise Narcise est actuellement en discussion pour occuper le poste de Premier Ministre en Haïti. Cette information émane principalement du Conseil Présidentiel, où la majorité des représentants sont affiliés au parti Fanmi Lavalas.
Les origines lavalas des membres du CP :
- Lesly Voltaire, un dirigeant influent du Parti Fanmi Lavalas, est un représentant de ce parti dans l’accord MONTANA.
- Fritz Alphonse Jean, ancien membre influent de Fanmi Lavalas et ancien gouverneur de la Banque Centrale d’Haïti de 1998 à 2001, est également président de l’accord MONTANA.
- Vikerson Garnier, député du parti Fanmi Lavalas, élu lors des élections de 2016.
- Edgard Leblanc, ancien candidat à la présidence et homme de gauche, est connu pour son affiliation au groupe Montana. Il sera donc impliqué dans le choix de l’équipe de l’accord MONTANA.
Si le choix du député Garnier est adopté, Marise Narcise bénéficiera de 4 voix sur 5 au Conseil Présidentiel. Sinon, elle obtiendra 3 voix sur 5, car le président du CP n’a pas le droit de vote. Cette situation pourrait lui permettre de devenir la prochaine Premier Ministre d’Haïti.
