Claude Edouard, l’actuel Secrétaire Général du parti politique #EDE, est visé par un mandat d’amener émis à son encontre par la justice de Miragoâne. Ce mandat, daté du 8 juillet 2024, fait suite à des accusations d’abus de confiance portées par Noël Sherley, un citoyen de la région. Notre rédaction a pu confirmer l’authenticité de ce mandat auprès du greffe du Parquet de Miragoâne.
L’avocat de Noël Sherley, Me Claude Bleus, a indiqué que son client est en litige avec Claude Edouard depuis un certain temps. Le mandat, initialement suspendu, a été réactivé le 12 août 2024 par le Commissaire du Gouvernement de Miragoâne, Jean Ernst Miscadin. Cependant, il n’a pas encore été exécuté, car le Secrétaire Général de #EDE ne se trouve actuellement pas dans la juridiction de Miragoâne. L’affaire reste donc en suspens en attendant de nouvelles actions de la part des autorités judiciaires locales.
