Trois (3) mois seulement depuis l’ascension de la *commission de gestion* à la tête de l’ Université Publique du Nord au Cap-Haïtien (UPNCH), souffle un nouveau vent de changement sans précédent.

En effet, après de magnifiques réalisations, comme : infirmerie bien équipée, Wi-Fi, adresse électronique, corps professorat, couronnement d’excellences, identification de l’Université et autres. La bonne nouvelle est aujourd’hui autour de l’installation d’une cafétéria et un système de transport adéquat aux étudiants de l’UPNCH.

De ce fait, ce lundi 29 Janvier 2018, les membres de la dite commission de gestion vont instaurer à l’UPNCH une cafétéria de classe au profit des étudiantes et étudiants de l’Université.

Une cafétéria que chaque étudiant doit avoir seulement un frais de 25 gourdes pour l’ accès à un plat chaud.

Par conséquent, nous invitons les membres de la commission à continuer sur cette même lignée.
