Ce mercredi 23 janvier, à Decameron, est la deuxième journée du séminaire de formation à l’intention des coordonnateurs départementaux du pays.

Toute une pléthore de formateurs qualifiés et compétents question de mieux armer nos leaders politiques.

En effet, la modératrice , en l’occurrence, Mme Youri Mevs, a fait un état des lieux et a donné la parole aux formateurs l’un après l’autre suivant les thématiques.

Au menu, comme premier intervenant, Dor Pressoire, ancien député Marchand Dessalines, avait pris le soin de présenter le fonctionnement des structures communales.

Dans son allocution, il explique à l’assemblée que rien ne peut faire sans une prise de contact, sans connaître le bon fonctionnement, la vie des communes pour ainsi montrer ses structures dans le cas des failles.

Aristote, a défini la politique comme la bonne gestion des affaires publiques, du pays si vous voulez.

C’est sur cette même espérance que René Roosevelt, ancien ministre de sport a parlé de la Gestion Administrative des coordinations.

En fait, gérer un parti politique, voire un pays, c’est d’abord avoir la capacité de gérer sa propre famille, de ce fait, les coordonnateurs de Ayiti An Aksyon ( AAA) doivent pouvoir montrer leurs différences dans la vie commune.

Savoir gérer marche, également, de pairs avec la connaissance des différents types de droit.

Me David Dolciné, n’a pas raté l’occasion pour dire que  » être citoyen c’est d’avoir des droits par la loi, dans son intervention au tour du sujet : Les droits usuels et devoirs du citoyen.

L’engagement citoyen, la vigilance humaine et le chauvinisme sont indispensables ,pour parler en toute honnêteté, d’un pays tant sur le plan national qu’international.

Pour arriver à ce niveau de gloire et de fierté, ayiti doit avoir un système politique qui fonctionne selon un directif nationaliste, progressiste et populaire, d’où s’assoit l’idéologie du parti politique Ayiti An Aksyon ( AAA).

Me Jean Beauvoir Dorsonne, ancien député, secrétaire général du parti, dans son approche sur les thèmes suivants  » 1- a) INTRODUCTION À LA POLITIQUE, 1-b) FONCTIONEMENT, affirme que  » une politique qui améliore les conditions d’existence des citoyens est la meilleure politique « .

Après l’intervention du sénateur Youri Latortue sur la stratégie de contrôle du pouvoir en Haïti et sa maintenance pour le bien et le progrès du pays, l’institution national démocratique,(NDI) par son représentant prend la parole pour dire à l’assistance le Rôle des médias Sociaux en période électorale, les manoeuvres et mécanismes qu’il faut utiliser du fond en comble , pour servir la population haïtienne en terme d’information.

En conclusion, Haïti a besoin des cultivateurs pour semer des bons engrais c’est-à-dire des citoyens soucieux , courageux et sérieux afin que Haïti puisse cesser d’être la peine des Antilles et reprenne sa place d’antan  » la perle des Antilles « .
