La lutte contre la corruption en Haïti est une lutte qui doit être stratégique car quelques faucons corrupteurs et corrompus ne cessent de réclamer la lutte comme si c’était la leurs, justement pour sauver leur peau; Pasha Vorbe en est l’exemple claire.

Pourquoi M. Pasha Vorbe A VOULU SABOTER LES EFFORTS VISANT AU DENOUEMENT DE LA CRISE ET AU LANCEMENT DU PROCES PETROCARIBE ?

La réponse est simple. Il a reçu plus de 6 millions de dollars américain du Fond Petrocaribe et recherche un stratagème pour empêcher la tenue du procès Petrocaribe.

De nombreux acteurs politiques ont eu du mal à comprendre pourquoi le parti LAVALAS avait essayé de saboter l’accord de sortie de crise consenti à partir de compromis de toute part.

Au fond, le rapport de la Cour Supérieure des Comptes apporte la raison.

Aujourd’hui, la CSC/CA nous offre la confirmation que M. Joël Édouard (PASHA VORBE) de Fanmi Lavalas avait sollicité du MSPP une subvention destinée à la construction d’un centre de traumatologie de niveau un en affiliation avec le Centre de santé Bernard Mevs.

L’Etat dans son inexplicable générosité, lui a accordé la subvention (cadeau) de USD 5 000 000.00.

Des structures sanitaires pouvant prodiguer des soins aux personnes victimes d’un choc quelconque auraient dû être construites. Pour rappel, il s’agit d’une subvention (un don).

Finalement, il a reçu du MSPP deux versements pour un total de 6,370,100.00 (six million trois cent soixante-dix mille cent dollars américains).

Il importe de se demander pourquoi le parti LAVALAS a tenté de saboter le processus de sortie de crise ?

Pourquoi a-t-il bénéficié de plus de 6,000,000.00 US$ par Pasha Vorbe au nom de Medishare ?

Cette somme n’aurait-elle pas pu aider l’hôpital général et ainsi renforcer le système médical national public?
