Fin de la démagogie judiciaire du juge prétendu fou Al Duniel Dimanche.-

Le Conseil Supérieur du Pouvoir Judiciaire (CSPJ) a pris une décision ferme face aux actions du Magistrat Al Dimanche, mettant ainsi fin à la démagogie judiciaire qui semblait s’installer. En effet, le CSPJ a demandé au juge Dimanche de s’abstenir de tout acte d’instruction, soulignant la fin de son mandat de juge d’instruction depuis le 29 janvier dernier.
Pourtant, ce jeudi 22 février, le juge Al Dimanche a décidé d’ignorer les instructions du CSPJ en ordonnant l’apposition des scellés sur le bureau central du Centre National des Équipements (CNE). Cette action intervient dans le cadre de l’enquête ouverte sur le détournement présumé des biens du CNE, utilisés dans le programme « Karavan chanjman » sous l’administration du regretté Président Jovenel Moïse.
Les agissements du juge Dimanche soulèvent des interrogations quant à son état mental ou à un éventuel acte de désespoir. Certains voient dans cette démarche une tentative de protéger ses alliés, notamment Claude Joseph et Martine Moïse, en les excluant de toute suspicion dans l’enquête sur l’assassinat de l’ancien président Jovenel Moïse.
Cette situation souligne la nécessité d’une réforme profonde du système judiciaire haïtien pour garantir l’équité, la transparence et l’indépendance des procédures judiciaires.
