Port-au-Prince (Lakayinfo) – Le gouvernement d’Ariel Henry a procédé à plus de 6000 nominations rien qu’au mois de mars 2024, une période où le pays était en mode « Lock ». Ces nominations, validées en un temps record par l’Office de Management et des Ressources Humaines (OMRH), ont suscité de vives critiques, d’autant plus que ce gouvernement a également dépensé plus de 80% du budget annuel.
Selon une source au Ministère de l’Économie et des Finances (MEF), cette situation financièrement précaire oblige l’actuel gouvernement de facto dirigé par Garry Conille à élaborer un budget rectificatif pour les deux derniers mois de l’année. Ce budget d’urgence devrait être validé en Conseil des ministres ce mercredi.
Les critiques s’intensifient alors que la population se demande comment ces nominations massives ont pu être effectuées et validées si rapidement, surtout dans un contexte de paralysie administrative due au « Lock ». Le gouvernement de Garry Conille doit maintenant faire face à la tâche ardue de rééquilibrer les finances publiques tout en assurant la continuité des services essentiels.
