« Je n’arrive pas à comprendre la pertinence du Débat Public prévu pour Mardi prochain dans le cadre du processus de choix du Premier Ministre. Le débat public n’est prévu nulle part, ni à la réunion du 11 mars 2024 avec la communauté internationale, ni dans l’accord du 3 avril, ni dans le décret de création du Conseil Présidentiel, ni dans les règles de fonctionnement du CP », a-t-il déclaré. Maitre Michel souligne que le débat public ne fait pas partie des règles et critères préétablis pour la sélection du Premier Ministre et dénonce ce qu’il perçoit comme une démarche purement démagogique.
