La police dominicaine a procédé à l’arrestation de la responsable du consulat haïtien à Santiago Judith Exavier, ce samedi, à la frontière haïtiano-dominicaine dans la zone de Jimani/Malpasse. Elle était à bord d’une Jeep Lexus de couleur blanche, immatriculée G-353903 qui fait l’objet d‘un avis de recherche de la Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). Judith Exavier qui serait la maitresse du Sénateur haïtien du Centre, Rony Celestin, a été gardée à vue durant des heures puis libérée sous condition.

Jimani, le 7 décembre 2019. Un nouveau scandale dans la diplomatie haitienne. Judith Exavier, responsable du consulat haïtien à Santiago, République Dominicaine, a été arrêtée par des agents de la police dominicaine, ce samedi 7 décembre 2019, à la frontière haïtiano-dominicaine, du côté de Jimani/Malpasse.

Elle était à bord d’une Jeep Lexus de couleur blanche, immatriculée G-353903 qui fait l’objet d‘un avis de recherche de la Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), selon une source fiable.

La Drug Enforcement Administration, est le service de police fédérale américaine dépendant du Département de la Justice des États-Unis d’Amérique chargée de la mise en application de la loi sur les stupéfiants et de la lutte contre leur trafic dans le cadre de la campagne des États-Unis contre la toxicomanie.

La responsable du consulat haïtien à Santiago a été interrogée par les services secrets dominicains, et elle n’a pas été en mesure de fournir les papiers légaux d’identification du véhicule en question. Selon des informations, cette voiture serait la propriété d’un trafiquant de drogue bien connu, recherché activement par la DEA. Toutefois son identité n’a pas été révélée.

Judith Exavier qui serait la maitresse du Sénateur en fonction du Centre, Rony Celestin a été gardée à vue durant des heures puis libérée sous condition et sous caution.

  • Elle doit se représenter dans les 24 heures au bureau de la DEA, en République Dominicaine afin de fournir plus d’explications.

    • Judith Exavier travaillait précédemment au parlement haïtien avant d’être nommée à la tête du consulat d’Haiti à Santiago, sous l’influence du Sénateur du Centre.
