Le responsable d’investigation du Commissariat de Petit-Goave, l’inspecteur de police, Max Guillord arrêté hier dimanche 20 mars 2022 à l’aéroport international JFK par les autorités américaines, a été refoulé tôt ce matin en Haïti à bord d’un avion de JetBlue.

Accusé de tentative d’assassinat sur la dame Darline Max Théodore, cet officier de police faisait l’objet d’un mandat d’amener du parquet près le tribunal civil de Petit-Goave et était recherché par l’Interpol à la demande de la DCPJ.

Les faits remontent à la nuit du samedi 19 au dimanche 20 mars 2022 où la victime a reçu 3 cartouches au niveau de la tête, du cou et de son sein lors de cet acte perpétré par l’accusé Max Guillord contre sa personne.
