They call for the formation of a national unity government and propose a series of concrete measures, including the deployment of a timely assistance force and a multinational security support force.
They also stress the need to establish a provisional presidential council and ensure the swift return of Prime Minister Ariel Henry to the country, while maintaining a spirit of collaboration among the various political actors. Finally, they call for the formation of a non-partisan Permanent Electoral Commission (CEP) and the conduct of a constitutional reform process to ensure democratic elections in a conducive environment.
