Audition du Directeur de l’Office Nationale de l’identification par la Commission Éthique et Anti Corruption du Senat, en décembre 2018.

Même si le mensonge règne aujourd’hui, il y aura un moment où il s’affaiblira pour laisser la vérité triompher.

Car rien ne pourra empêcher la vérité de triompher.

Lors de l’audition du directeur de l’ONI en décembre 2018, il a avoué dans une langue tordue qu’il était effectivement accompagné d’une forte délégation aux frais de la République, ayant pour chef de fil la première dame de la République pour une validation d’un contrat avec une firme allemande dénommée DERMALOG .

Martine Moïse incompétente pour entreprendre une telle démarche, effectuait un contrat gré à gré (kontra an zamitay) et ne cesse de dire , pour détourner l’attention publique, qu’elle ne signait aucun contrat. Difficile à dire la vérité.

Cependant, les faits sont là, la preuve est inévitable.

En réalité, le Ministère de la Justice et de la Sécurité Publique (MJSP), le Ministère de l’Economie et des Finances (MEF) et l’Office National d’Indentification (ONI), a signé, en juin dernier, un contrat de gré à gré d’un montant global de vingt-sept millions sept cent mille dollars américains (27. 700.000, 00 $US), avec cette firme allemande.

La première dame est-elle habilité pour une telle démarche ?

Sous le titre honorifique, elle joue le rôle pour planifier son profit économique et aussi la programmation des machines à fabriquer des cartes truquées lui permettant de gagner les prochaines élections.

L’ONI n’est elle pas la seule instance pour fabriquer des cartes d’identité sur le territoire national?

Tous les citoyens sérieux devraient mettre ce dossier devant le tribunal public pour juger et condamner Martine Moïse pour usurpation de titre et de mêler dans les affaires les plus hautes de l’Etat.
