La crise sociopolitique qui sévit dans le Pays ne laisse pas les étudiants du Nord du Pays indifférents. Regroupés au sein d’une structure dénommée « Coalition des Étudiants du Nord » des étudiants du Campus Henri Christophe de Limonade, de la faculté de Droit du Cap, de l’Université Publique du Nord au Cap-Haitien (UPNCH), de l’Université Chrétienne du Nord d’Haiti (UCNH), de l’Université Antenor Firmin entre autres projettent de manifester pour réclamer un mieux-être collectif et du même coup exiger un changement radical du système politique.
« Le système n’est profitable à personne et nous pensons que c’est un devoir en tant qu’étudiants de prononcer notre mot dans la situation actuelle du Pays… » a déclaré tour à tour les Étudiants Djedly François et Jefferson Fabien. Pour les Étudiants Nixon Mesadieu et Jules Peterson du CHCL et de l’UPNCH; la marche de ce vendredi 15 novembre ne sera qu’un début dans la série des mobilisations prévues pour exiger des autorités une autre approche dans le cadre des politiques publiques.
