Haïti – Éducation: Détournement de plus de 4 millions de gourdes au campus Henry Christophe de Limonade ?

Plus de quatre millions de gourdes ont été « détournées » au campus Henry Christophe de Limonade (Cap-Haïtien) de l’Université d’Etat d’Haïti (UEH), selon une source proche du rectorat. Les responsables du rectorat ont déjà porté plainte pour vol, usage de faux et faux en écriture contre l’ancien administrateur du campus qui aurait détourné cet argent sur une période de douze mois.
C’est le président du Conseil de gestion du campus universitaire Roi Henry Christophe de Limonade, Jean-Marie Théodat, accompagné de l’un des avocats de l’Université d’Etat d’Haïti, Me Monferrier Dorval, qui a porté plainte contre Brunet Accisien pour vol, usage de faux et faux en écriture au tribunal de première instance du Cap-Haïtien, a fait savoir notre source vendredi après-midi.
Après avoir reçu des plaintes de certains anciens professeurs du campus de Limonade déclarant qu’ils n’ont pas reçu de chèques et qu’ils sont au courant que des chèques circulent à leur nom dans la deuxième ville du pays, le rectorat de l’UEH avait vite diligenté une enquête en vue de faire la lumière sur le dossier. Quelques mois plus tard, soit en décembre dernier, une enquête administrative a révélé que l’administrateur du campus Roi Henry Christophe de Limonade aurait détourné plus de 4 millions de gourdes qu’il a transférées sur son compte privé. « Pendant 1 an, il a reçu des chèques pour le carburant et des chèques de certains professeurs qui n’enseignent plus à Limonade, a précisé notre source. Il a effectué des virements sur compte à la Banque de la République d’Haïti évalués à près de 4 millions de gourdes. »
Face à la « mauvaise gestion et utilisation de fonds » de celui qui a été pendant près de deux ans l’administrateur du campus de Limonade de l’Université d’Etat d’Haïti, le rectorat de l’UEH avait déposé radiotelecaraibes.com
