Haïti-Société: Autorisation de la carte Dermalog dans les transactions financières par la BRH, le Sénateur Youri LATORTUE réagit._

La nouvelle carte d’identification nationale couramment appelée carte Dermalog a toujours été refusée dans toutes les transactions financières par les banques commerciales opérant sur tout le territoire national; vu qu’elle est, selon les rapports d’enquête de la commission éthique et anti-corruption présidée par le Sénateur Youri Latortue, irrégulière et illégale.
Le nouveau conseil a.i de la Banque Centrale, faisant fi des principes républicains et voulant se soumettre aux caprices immatures du Président Jovenel Moïse, a décidé d’improviser une décision autorisant ladite carte dans les transactions financières au grand mépris des lois de la République.
À cet effet, le Sénateur Youri Latortue, sensible au strict respect de la constitution, adresse une correspondance au Président du Grand Corps, Carl Murat Cantave, pour lui rappeler et pour qu’il rappelle à son tour au Conseil de la BRH qu’il ne saurait valider une autre carte d’identification nationale, tant que le décret-loi régissant la matière n’ait pas été modifié.

Le President de la Commission Éthique et Anti-Corruption vous demande de bien vouloir rappeler au Conseil de la BRH l’obligation qui lui est faite de se conformer au décret-loi du 1 er Juin 2005 sur l’identification Nationale. Il importe pour lui de suivre les prescrits de la législation en la matière et de ne point improviserson rôle en approuvant une carte (DERMALOG) qui ne correspond point aux critères fixés par la loi.
La Commission qui a mené son enquête sur l’affaire DERMALOG, aimerait rappeler au Conseil , que seule la première carte d’identification répond aux critères spécifiés par le décret-loi du 1 er Juin 2005. Par conséquent, le Conseil de la BRH ne saurait valider une autre carte d’identification, tant que le décret-loi en vigueur n’ait pas été modifié.
