Le juge d’instruction ordonne l’arrestation immédiate de Romel Bell, Anna Dorvil Bell et Duckens Augustin.-

Le juge instructeur Jean Wilner Morin a pris une décision importante dans l’affaire Romel Bell, rendant son ordonnance le 08 mai dernier. Selon nos informations, les accusés Romel Bell, Anna Dorvil Bell et le père Duckens Augustin sont renvoyés devant le tribunal criminel pour être jugés sans assistance de jury.
Les charges retenues contre ces personnalités sont graves et variées, notamment le blanchiment des avoirs, le financement du terrorisme, la complicité de blanchiment des avoirs, la fausse déclaration de patrimoine, l’enrichissement illicite et l’association de malfaiteurs.
Le juge instructeur a également demandé que les accusés soient mis en dépôt, soulignant ainsi la gravité des accusations portées contre eux.
L’ordonnance rendue par le juge Morin a été acheminée au parquet de Port-au-Prince ce mardi, marquant une étape cruciale dans le processus judiciaire de cette affaire.
