Viol sur étudiante à l’UCNH: L’organisation féministe OJEFHI monte au créneau et écrit au ministère à la condition féminine et au droit des femmes.-

Dans une correspondance adressée au Ministère à la condition féminine et aux droits des femmes avec copie conforme à l’Office de Protection du Citoyen (OPC) et le Réseau National de Défense des Droits Humains (RNDDH), le 25 Avril 2022 dernier, dont la rédaction de LakayInfo a pu obtenir une copie, l’Organisation de Jeunes Femmes pour une Haïti Inclusive (OJEFHI) tire la sonnette d’alarme en informant à la Ministre et aux Instances sus-citées, si tel n’a pas été le cas, de ce cas spectaculaire de viol sur une étudiante à l’Université Chrétienne du Nord d’Haïti (UCNH) qui révolte et indigne la société haïtienne.

Permettez en préambule de vous indiquer l’inquiétude justifiée de l’organisation de Jeunes Femmes pour une Haïti Inclusive (OJEFHI) quand au mutisme assourdissant du Ministère à la condition Féminine et aux droits des Femmes (MCFDF) sur le dossier tonitruant relatif au viol d’une jeune étudiante de 21 ans dans son dortoir ;sur le campus de l’Université Chrétienne du Nord d’Haïti où elle fait ses études postsecondaire.

En effet bien que la procédure soit plutôt judiciaire, l’Organisation de Jeunes Femmes pour une Haïti Inclusive (OJEFHI) exige auprès de votre enseigne une enquête sur l’existence de ces faits qui peuvent constituer une infraction grave qui indigne toute la société et avilit nos institutions.Aussi OJEFHI ne souhaite que vous vous mépreniez sur l’impact de ces cas avérés de violences sur les femmes en milieu universitaire haïtien car, il y va préremptoirement d’une des missions de votre ministère.

L’Organisation de Jeunes Femmes pour une Haïti Inclusive (OJEFHI) déplore le fait que malgré les manifestations,les interventions dans la presse et les cris sur les réseaux sociaux rien n’a été fait pour accompagner personnellement la victime et donner un accompagnement psychologique aux différentes étudiantes éprouvant une psychose de peur depuis la perpétration de cet acte répréhensible.

Dans l’attente que suite favorable sera accordé à la présente, OJEFHI vous prie, Madame la Ministre,de croire en l’assurance de sa haute considération !
