Affaire BNC : Me André Michel exige la comparution des conseillers-Présidentiels accusés.-

Dans une publication sur X (anciennement Twitter), Me André Michel, porte-parole du Secteur Démocratique et Populaire (SDP), a exigé que les trois conseillers-présidentiels impliqués dans le dossier de corruption des 100 millions de gourdes de la Banque Nationale de Crédit (BNC) se présentent devant le juge d’instruction en charge de l’affaire.
Affirmant maîtriser les textes fondateurs de la transition, auxquels il a activement participé, Me Michel a rappelé qu’aucun privilège de juridiction n’est accordé à ces conseillers. « Les règlements de la Transition n’accordent pas aux conseillers-présidentiels le privilège de juridiction. Personne ne peut soutenir le contraire ! », a-t-il déclaré, s’appuyant sur l’Accord du 21 décembre.
Pour lui, la présence des conseillers-présidentiels inculpés constitue un frein majeur à l’avancement du processus de transition. Cette affaire, symbole de la lutte contre la corruption, soulève des questions fondamentales sur la crédibilité des institutions en place et la volonté politique de faire respecter la loi.
Me André Michel appelle à une justice impartiale et transparente, considérant que seule une véritable reddition de comptes pourra garantir la réussite du processus de transition en cours.
