Certains élèves de 9ème Année Fondamentale en uniformes et d’autres sans, de plusieurs établissements scolaires de Petit-Goâve se sont livrés follement à des scènes de plaisir sexuel au bord de la mer après qu’ils ont participé aux épreuves officielles, a constaté un notable de la ville qui exerce le métier de médecin.
Cela devient même une pratique chaque année, à la fin des examens officiels de la 9ème AF, certains écoliers de Petit-Goâve vont se baigner à la mer pour se divertir après 3 journées d’évaluation et de fatigue.
Cette année-là, la situation semble prendre une autre ampleur, poussés par certaines pulsions ou émotions, les élèves qui célèbrent, par anticipation, leur réussite ont confondu sans aucune gêne loisirs, détente et sexe… Des adolescents et adolescentes offrent, au vu de tous, un spectacle inouï comme s’ils participaient à un film pornographique – ils font le sexe en plein air -.
Le notable qui regardait de loin la scène se sentait révolté. Il cherchait par tous les moyens à alerter les autorités locales en vue de stopper cette débauche qui risquerait d’avoir des conséquences graves sur la vie, la santé et les études des jeunes.
Le numéro du Journal Penpennen (Radio Préférence FM) était le seul accessible à cet observateur indigné et étonné du comportement des élèves.
Finalement, des agents de la Police Nationale d’Haïti (PNH) se sont rendus sur les lieux. Les autorités devraient, de concert avec les parents, prendre des mesures préventives…
