Scandale de la BNC : Maître André Michel désapprouve les positions de Moïse Jean-Charles et Claude Joseph.-

Dans une prise de position claire et sans équivoque, Maître André Michel s’est exprimé sur Twitter pour dénoncer le discours « complotiste » de Moïse Jean-Charles et de Claude Joseph concernant le scandale des 100 millions de gourdes impliquant trois conseillers-présidents de la Banque Nationale de Crédit (BNC). Selon le porte-parole du SDP, ce type de discours, qu’il provienne de son propre camp ou d’autres groupes politiques, est irresponsable et nuit à la clarification nécessaire de cette affaire.

Maître André Michel a souligné que la question de la mise à l’écart provisoire de leur représentant au Conseil Présidentiel de Transition (CPT) est devenue un point de division au sein des signataires de l’accord du 21 décembre. Il fait partie de ceux qui estiment qu’il est crucial de ne pas permettre à ce scandale de corruption de compromettre le processus transitionnel en cours.

L’avocat plaide pour une action politique rapide et décisive afin de sauver le processus politique en cours. Pour lui, il est impératif de clarifier ce scandale afin d’assurer la poursuite du processus de transition sans que celui-ci ne soit pris en otage par des affaires de corruption.

La déclaration de Maître André Michel reflète un appel à la responsabilité et à la transparence, soulignant l’importance de traiter cette affaire avec la diligence qu’elle mérite pour préserver l’intégrité du processus politique et la confiance du public.
