Graduation à Caribe Hôtel des étudiants de l’ISFP, tous boursiers du Sénateur Sénatus.
Quelque 224 étudiants, baptisés Promotion Espoir, de l’Institut Supérieur de Formation Professionnelle (ISFP), tous rayonnant de grâce et d’élégance dans leur splendide toge, se sont vus remettre, dans une ambiance festive, leur parchemin dans le cadre d’une cérémonie de graduation bouclant six mois de formation professionnelle gratuite, en diverses filières, telles cosmétologie, plomberie, carrelage, électricité, à l’initiative du Sénateur Sénatus, ce jeudi 26 juillet 2018, à Caribe Hôtel.
Cette cérémonie a été déroulée en présence de diverses personnalités dont M. Marcelo Raùl Sébaste, ambassadeur de la République d’Argentine, Mme Maguy Durcé, styliste, ancienne Ministre du Commerce et de l’Industrie, actuelle Directrice de l’Institut National de Formation Professionnelle (INFP), M. Clément Belizaire (dit Keke Belizaire), ingénieur, ancien Directeur de l’Unité de Construction de Logements et Bâtiments Publics (UCLBP).
Dans son allocution, le Sénateur de la République, Me Jean Renel Sénatus, a salué les efforts et sacrifices des récipiendaires qui ont su boucler avec succès, quoique les difficultés, le cycle d’études, ce qui fait d’eux des professionnels aptes à intégrer le marché du travail, a-t-il martelé tout en remerciant Mme Maguy Durcé et M. Clément Belizaire, respectivement marraine et parrain de la promotion pour leur dévouement à la cause de la jeunesse, sans oublier le staff de la Direction et du corps professoral pour leur leadership, leur sens de responsabilité dans le cadre de la réussite d’un tel programme, auquel ont pris part 1200 jeunes, pour la plupart défavorisés , de diverses régions du Département de l’Ouest.
L’élu de l’Ouest se félicite d’avoir contribué à la formation de ces jeunes via un projet de formation gratuite visant à leur offrir de nouvelles perspectives d’avenir, à un moment où ils sont délaissés par les autorités et institutions compétentes en la matière, celles-là qui sont censées assurer, pourtant, leur prise en charge à travers une politique de jeunesse adaptée et inclusive, jusqu’à ce qu’ils semblent n’avoir aucun autre choix que de fuir le pays à destination des Etas-Unis, de Chili, Brésil…

Metye m se diyite’m», a lancé le Père conscrit de la Nation à l’égard de ses boursiers tout en les invitant, non seulement, à faire preuve de professionnalisme dans l’exercice de leur métier, mais aussi à rester fidèles aux valeurs et principes éthiques et déontologiques qui leur ont été inculquées par l’ISFP.
M. Clément Belizaire, ingénieur accompagné de Mme Maguy Durcé, ancienne Ministre du Commerce et de l’Industrie, a, d’entrée de jeu, salué le courage du Sénateur Sénatus pour s’être engagé
à promouvoir une jeunesse saine, équilibrée, instruite et formée, afin qu’elle puisse assurer avec fierté, le moment opportun, le devenir de la Patrie que nous chérissons tous.
Ses propos de circonstance étaient ponctués de conseils et recommandations allant dans le sens des intérêts de ses filleuls, auxquels il promet, de concert avec sa commère, son accompagnement.
Une telle initiative mérite d’être encouragée, voire étendue dans d’autres zones ou régions du pays, ce au bénéfice des jeunes, selon divers participants qui n’ont pas manqué de féliciter le Sénateur Sénatus, qui, disent-ils, tente de redonner, quoique ses faibles moyens, espoir aux jeunes, dans un pays où nombre d’entre eux sont sans repère.
