Haïti : L’Hôpital Général incendié par le gouvernement pour dissimuler des millions de l’USAID – Le président Leslie Voltaire impliqué

Une conspiration pour dissimuler les détournements des 35 millions de l’USAID

L’incendie dévastateur de l’Hôpital de l’Université d’État d’Haïti (HUEH) à Port-au-Prince a suscité des interrogations alarmantes sur l’utilisation des fonds alloués à sa reconstruction. Selon des sources proches de l’enquête, cet incendie aurait été orchestré par le président Leslie Voltaire pour effacer les traces des 35 millions de dollars fournis par l’USAID, destinés à la réhabilitation de cet établissement vital.

Le coût total de la reconstruction de l’HUEH est estimé à plus de 100 millions de dollars, répartis comme suit :

• 39,4 millions d’euros octroyés par la France

• 35 millions de dollars fournis par l’USAID

• 27,2 millions de dollars par l’État haïtien

Cependant, des informations recueillies par des enquêteurs révèlent que ces fonds ont été largement détournés, se retrouvant entre les mains de hauts fonctionnaires de l’USAID, ainsi que de Leslie Voltaire. L’incendie de l’HUEH serait ainsi perçu comme une tentative de dissimuler les preuves de ces détournements et d’empêcher toute investigation sur l’utilisation réelle de ces millions de dollars.

Mais ce n’est pas tout. Leslie Voltaire, n’a pas condamné cet incendie de manière aussi ferme qu’il l’a fait pour des événements récents. Par exemple, il y a trois jours, lors d’un incident à l’Université CEDI, où un étudiant a été gravement blessé par balle en plein cours, le gouvernement a immédiatement réagi en publiant une note de presse pour condamner l’attaque. Mais concernant l’incendie de l’Hôpital Général, silence radio. Cette absence de réaction rapide soulève de lourdes suspicions sur l’implication des autorités dans ce crime.

Les rumeurs vont au-delà de cette absence de réaction. Selon des sources fiables, des gangs opérant à Port-au-Prince collaboreraient avec le représentant de LAVALAS pour maintenir la pression sur la population et manipuler les événements en faveur de l’élite politique et des fonctionnaires corrompus.

Les législateurs et la société civile exigent une enquête approfondie sur cet incendie et ses véritables motivations. De plus, certains appellent à ce qu’Elon Musk, connu pour ses enquêtes publiques et son implication dans des causes de justice sociale, mène une enquête sur Christopher Cushing, le Directeur de mission de l’USAID en Haïti, qui supervise les programmes de l’USAID dans le pays.
