De juillet au début du mois de novembre en cours, constatant l’aggravation de la crise sociopolitique qui impacte la santé économique du Pays, face à l’incapacité de Jovenel Moïse à diriger le pays dans le calme et la sérénité, vu qu’il n’inspire pas confiance aux différents secteurs de la vie nationale et ne peut dialoguer avec les acteurs aux fins de pacifier le pays; plusieurs milliers d’Haïtiens incapables de vivre dans ces conditions infra humaines ont été contraints par la précarité, l’insécurité, les massacres et les répressions du gouvernement, de quitter le pays à bord de petits voiliers à des destinations inconnues et incertaines à la merci des carnivores marins.

Depuis la Dictature des Duvalier, c’est pour la troisième fois qu’on a cette grande vague de migration à partir de boat people en Haiti, celle-ci est la preuve que Jovenel Moïse et son équipe ont transformé le Pays en enfer. Selon les dernières statistiques environ 50 personnes sont tuées par mois; de juillet à Octobre 2019. Toutes les activités économiques sont en chute libre et la corruption qui gangrène l’équipe en place s’étale en maître et seigneur dans toute l’administration publique.

Dans les côtes comme: l’île de Latortue, l’île de la Gonave, borgne, bayeux, Anse-a-Foleur, Limonade et Port-de-Paix, des milliers d’Haitiens attendent le jour de leur embarcation à la recherche d’horizons meilleurs en risquant leur vie sur des voiliers bricolés. Ils sont là jour et nuit, Sans passeport, Sans visa, Sans billet d’avion, Sans remplir les formalités requises mais avec l’espérance de se retrouver un Jour sous le ciel des Bahamas Ou de Turcs and Caicos.

Marie-Louise Jean, escortée de ses trois petits enfants dont l’aînée n’a que 11 ans attend aussi le jour glorieux pour quitter cet enfer créé par l’ingénieur Jovenel Moïse. Malgré cette situation de désespoir et de désolation, malgré le rapport d’amnesty international, la communauté internationale tient encore la main de Jovenel Moïse au mépris du peuple Haïtien et de ses revendications.
