Que souhaiterait  le gouvernement Jovenel-Céant de la date du 18 Novembre , prévue pour un soulèvement populaire en vu de faire lumière sur le dossier petrocaribe?

Loin de vouloir commenter la situation socio-économique qui dégrade de manière accrue de jour en jour, et d’avoir un regard fataliste de la destination du peuple haïtien. Toutefois,  le côté humaniste nous interpelle d’attirer l’attention de tout un chacun, sans magique, sur ce que souhaiterait le gouvernement Jovenel-Céant de la date du 18 Novembre à  venir.

Après le mouvement national du 17 octobre denier, le président Jovenel Moïse , dans son lieu de cimetière de projets et de dilatoires politiques; palais National, a été effrayé de l’ampleur de la situation qui devenait,  malgré lui, dificile à gérer. Et du coup,  il voyait que son mandat est piégé .

La leçon qu’il a tenu, vu que son pouvoir est menacé,  est de disperser par tous les moyens possibles, dès le début tout mouvement à caractère social, tout débat, sur le dossier petrocaribe.

De ce fait,  il intervient des stratégies avec ses directeurs de certaines institutions publiques dans tout le pays , comme exemple dans le département du Nord , le directeur APN de Cap-Haitien, le directeur de la douane, ses militants politiques, le délégué du Nord , Jules Antonio, la sénatrcice Dieudonne Étienne Luma,  le député de la circonscription de Cap-haïtien , Jean Étienne,  ses alliés qu’on peut les étiqueter  sans réserve des bandits légales, qui sont prêts à tout.

Distribution à l’oeil nu de l’argent dans les gettho, capables de faire face,  comme une véritable guerre civile,  avec les manifestants, les petrochallengers.

Par là,  révélerait, sans nul doute , le souhait du gouvernement Jovenel-Céant sur la date du 18 Novembre 2018, date qui fait peur aux petro-dilapideurs, ses acolytes.

En réalité,  il ne veut qu’une grande effusion de sang, un massacre de la population haïtienne.

Payer et armer les gens malhonnêtement pour tirer ou envoyer de pierres sur les manifestants ne serait-ce pas une déclaration de guerre? Ne serait-ce pas d’appuyer la tuerie entre le peuple lui-même ? N’est-il pas également un geste de cruauté et inhumain de la part de nos hommes d’Etat ?

Dans un contexte social où l’insécurité règne en maître et seigneur, comment un chef d’Etat peut entamer une telle action sous prétexte d’acrediter la partie adverse?
