Note du 21 Décembre relative à l’arrivée de la Mission de la CARICOM à Port-au-Prince. L’Accord du 21 décembre, dans la grande tradition de l’hospitalité haïtienne, souhaite la bienvenue au groupe des Éminentes Personnalités de la CARICOM.
L’Accord du 21 décembre saisira l’occasion de la venue des Éminentes Personnalités de la CARICOM pour discuter, avec les parties haïtiennes,qui,comme elle, composent le Conseil Présidentiel de transition,de la meilleure manière d’atteindre les objectifs qui ont prévalu lors de la formation du Conseil Présidentiel de transition.
La situation sécuritaire s’est aggravée,divers scandales de corruption autour de certains hauts responsables provoquent,chez les uns et les autres,des malaises,des inquiétudes,semblent mettre en péril le consensus et obligent une réflexion et des décisions sur la façon de sauver la transition.
L’Accord du 21 Décembre s’engage à continuer de défendre les intérêts de la population et de tout mettre en œuvre afin qu’elle soit représentée de la manière la plus digne qui soit et que nous parvenions, ensemble, à changer sa vie et permettre la tenue d’élections.
