Le Groupe de la Société Civile (GSC), participant actif aux discussions orchestrées par le Groupe des Éminentes Personnalités (GEP) de la CARICOM, réagit au « Projet de cadre transitionnel pour Haïti » récemment présenté. Ce document, conçu pour avancer les négociations politiques, est salué par le GSC qui reconnaît les efforts consentis par la CARICOM et d’autres personnalités au cours des derniers mois.
