L’ex-jeune ministre du gouvernement jeunesse, Andrice Cheriza, a été tué de plusieurs balles hier vendredi 14 décembre 2018, près du marché Guérite à Port-au-Prince, a informé la Direction de Communication du Bureau de l’Organisation des Jeunes Nations-Unies d’Afrique en Haïti (BOJNUAH), lors d’un entretien téléphonique avec Loop Haiti.
Contacté par la rédaction, Amos Cincir, ancien Jeune-Président du gouvernement Jeunesse, condamne l’assassinat de son ancien collègue qui, dit-il, « a reçu plusieurs balles » alors qu’il s’était rendu au marché, au Centre-ville, pour effectuer des achats avant de se rendre à Milot où vit ses parents et est située une fondation portant son nom.
Cincir présente la victime comme un « humaniste, un jeune dynamique, engagé, qui fait toujours preuve de responsabilité et de leadership tout en essayant de relever les défis auxquels il fait face ». « Pour lui, à cœur vaillant rien n’est impossible », a-t-il écrit sur Facebook.
Agé de 30 ans et père d’un enfant de 21 jours, M. Cheriza dirigeait sa propre fondation « dont les axes d’intervention sont l’éducation et le social », fait savoir BOJNUAH qui présente ses sympathies à la famille, aux proches et collaborateurs de la victime. Au sein du gouvernement jeunesse, 3e édition, Cheriza était chargé des relations avec le Parlement, des associations de jeunes et de la société civile entre 2015 et 2017.
