La société britannique de biocarburant Firefly a conclu un accord avec la compagnie aérienne à bas prix Wizz Air pour construire une raffinerie commerciale qui aidera à convertir les eaux usées en carburant d’aviation.
Les aéroports de Londres pourraient être alimentés en biocarburant à partir de 2028, Wizz Air ayant déjà passé une commande d’un demi-million de tonnes de ce matériau.
