Il a précisé que les bénéficiaires jouiront de la nationalité salvadorienne et du droit de vote, et pourront importer leurs biens sans droits de douane. « Malgré leur petit nombre, leurs contributions auront un impact énorme sur notre société et l’avenir de notre pays », a poursuivi M. Bukele, indiquant qu’il fournira « plus de détails » prochainement.
