En fin d’après-midi, ce dimanche de veille de grande manifestation contre les abus du Président Jovenel Moise, le Sénateur Youri Latortue est au Bèl Air. Il y visite la Coordination d’Ayiti An Aksyon où les membres du parti se démènent pour préparer une distribution de kits alimentaires et de poulets de chair de la ferme Latortue, à près de 800 riverains.
En plus de se tenir aux côtés de la population qui réclame de meilleures conditions de vie sur le macadam; le Sénateur Youri LATORTUE pense qu’il est urgent d’organiser des passerelles humanitaires pour soulager cette dernière.

En ce dimanche 6 octobre 2019, date marquant le début de ce programme d’accompagnement, on a assisté à une prodigieuse symbiose entre le Leader de la lutte anti-corruption -dont les rapports ont fait découvrir la gabegie Petrocaribe et Dermalog- et le quartier populaire du Bel-Air, qui a vu en sa présence, le symbol d’une touchante solidarité citoyenne.
Le Sénateur etait accompagné de quelques cadres du Parti et de membres de la jeune équipe “Ayiti Demen”, un mouvement social émanant d’AAA. Les résidents qui n’ont pas caché leur satisfaction, ont remercié en chœur l’équipe de AAA Ouest, ajoutant qu’ils n’oublieraient ni les gens, ni les entreprises, ni les politiques qui pensaient à leurs difficiles circonstances.
